| The car-park is huge and can easily accommodate 16 cars |

| Yes. The Broadband Internet is Wi-Fi only. |

| Yes, there is a payphone. |

| Do you supply all bed Linen? |
| Yes. |

| Do you supply towels? |
| No. If you are an overseas visitor we can arrange towel rental. |

| How much firewood do you supply for the woodburning stove & open fireplace? |
| An initial supply only as there is full central heating. There is enough wood, kindling & firelighters for a couple of hours burn time in either the woodburning stove[Lounge] or the open fireplace[Dining Room]. The wood is stored in the lounge only. |

| Are there any downstairs bedrooms? |
| Yes there are three. |

| Yes, there are three. |

| Do the owners live next door? |
| No. |
| |

| Will there be anyone else staying at FME during my visit? |
| No. |
| |

| Is FME overlooked by any other properties? |
| Not at all. FME is totally secluded and private. Even the 15 acres of woods are private and cannot be accessed by the general public. |

| Can I have fireworks at FME? |
| Fireworks are only allowed on November 5th and December 31st. Firework debris must be cleaned up by the visitors. |

| Can FME accommodate additional visitors? |
| No. FME can only accommodate 16 people. FME does not cater for campervans, tents or any other form of additional accommodation. |

| Can I host a party or wedding reception at FME? |
| No party should include more than 16 people. Click here for further information. |

| Do babies [under the age of 12 months] classify as one place? |
| If you have any queries regarding the number in your party please telephone Sally Fielding directly. |

| We have a family member who requires Special Needs. What additional facilities do you have for Special Needs? |
| There is a wheelchair access ramp available. The bedrooms "Ennerdale, "Loweswater" and "Crag Fell" are all on the ground floor and are easy to access. |

| We have 4 dogs. Can we bring them all? |
| Pets cost £15 each per week. If you bring 4 dogs to FME there will most certainly be an increased security deposit required. Please telephone Sally Fielding for more information. |
