Security Deposit: We also require a security deposit of £200 which will be returned to you after your holiday.
Arrival/Departure: Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 4.30pm in order to uphold high standards in cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our guests to leave the property in a clean and orderly condition!
What's Included: All fuel, power, and bed linen (including duvets) are included in the cost - with thermostatically-controlled central heating throughout. You need to bring your own towels.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your holiday, we will return your £200 damage deposit (if it has been sent). We regret that any deposits or rental monies received are non returnable and non transferable. We advise you therefore to take out holiday insurance.
