Your party will not be sharing the grounds or buildings with any other visitors during your stay. |

Full Weeks Bookings: We take full week bookings (Friday to Friday) throughout the year. |

Weekends or Mid-Week breaks: Please contact us if you would like further information. |

Security Deposit: We also require a security deposit of £200 which will be returned to you after your holiday. |

Arrival/Departure: Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 4.30pm in order to uphold high standards in cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our guests to leave the property in a clean and orderly condition! |

What's Included: All fuel and power is included in the cost - with thermostatically-controlled central heating throughout.
All bed linen (including duvets) is provided and beds will be made up for you in accordance with your required bed configurations. You do need to bring your own towels.
From the beginning of November to the end of March we provide an initial supply of firewood for the open fire. |

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your holiday, we will return your £200 damage deposit. We regret that any deposits or rental monies received are non returnable and non transferable. We advise you therefore to take out holiday insurance. |
